How MATEFORCE handles contact information and candidate registrations.
What information is requested?
For employer requests: company and contact information, workforce requirements and job details. For candidate registrations: contact details, job preferences, experience, qualifications, work rights information and an optional resume.
Why is it collected?
To review and respond to requests, discuss staffing requirements and consider job introductions. We do not operate a public candidate directory.
How will it be stored and shared?
Submissions go to a private application via a secure server-side API once configured. Candidate records and CVs are not made public. Access is limited to authorised staff. We will confirm retention and deletion policies before launch.
